Bacterial Community Analysis in Huangshui Creek,Shimen County, Hunan Province, China.

Arsenic pollution is the main environmental problem in Shimen County, Hunan Province, China. Especially Huangshui Creek due to the position of historical realgar mine. The ecological risk of its sediment were investigated aimed at helping future comprehensive treatment of arsenic pollution in river channel. So the 16SrRNA gene sequencing in sediment revealed the arsenic pollution of this creek has been test in this study.
