This dataset contains processed and raw Raman spectroscopic data of isolated lipid droplets (iLDs) obtained from Schwann cells and MPNST cells. The data were generated to investigate lipid droplet cargo modifications under different experimental conditions, including CBD treatment and X-ray irradiation.
The dataset was used to construct all figures and calculations presented in the manuscript:
“Lipid droplet isolation as a novel platform for spectroscopic investigation of cargo modifications.”
