Raw flow cytometry data associated with the PDAC estrogen study

This dataset contains raw flow-cytometry data (FCS files), associated sample metadata, and R code generated or used in the PDAC estrogen study. The dataset includes analyses of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, splenic MDSCs, MDSC–CD8+ T-cell co-culture assays, and fulvestrant-treated mice, as well as R scripts used to analyze the association between HSD17B1 expression and overall survival in GSE71729, TCGA-PAAD, and ICGC PACA-AU.
