microbiome data for Lamp2 knockout mouse fecal metagenomic study

This dataset contains processed taxonomic and functional microbiome data and analysis code associated with a study of fecal metagenomes in Lamp2 knockout (LAMP2KO) and wild-type (WT) mice.The dataset includes:1. Sample metadata and sequencing quality control metrics (LAMP2KO_WT_QC_summary.xlsx)2. Genus-level bacterial count table derived from shotgun metagenomic sequencing (bacterial_genus_counts.xlsx)3. Functional pathway abundance data (CPM-normalized) exported from One Codex (Functional heatmap of pathways cpm export 2026-01-22.xlsx)

4. Complete per-pathway differential-abundance results for all detected functional pathways

All analyses were performed in R (packages: vegan, lme4, lmerTest, dplyr, ggplot2).This dataset is sufficient to reproduce the main findings of the study.
