This is the finemo motif hits for RoboATAC (Liu et al, bioRxiv 2025b). Each file contains two items: finemo/[TF]/hits/hits.tsv: finemo motif hits output finemo/[TF]/report/: finemo report folder Note that HEK293T_GFP_d100_hits.tar.gz is an exception with multiple subfolders (e.g. finemo/[TF1], finemo/[TF2], finemo/[TF3]) because hit calling was done multiple times on the GFP condition using motif sets derived from different TF samples.
