This study used q20 chemistry nanopore long read sequencing to provide completely assembled accurate sequences of isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from hospitals. They included isolates of high-risk clones of sequence types 773 and 654 carrying blaNDM-1 and blaVIM-2 and several isolates belonging to sequence types 27 and 207 as part of epidemiological investigations.
