This dataset provides a ROOT file with three trees: - "SM" includes a cocktail of events of all standard model processes with final state jjyy, where y denotes a photon. - "H125_a10a70" includes events from the BSM decay H --> a1 a2, for Higgs mass of 125 GeV and Higgs-like scalars a1 [10 GeV] and a2 [70 GeV]. These decay further as a1 --> yy, a2 --> jj - "H70_a5a50" includes events from the BSM decay H --> a1 a2, for Higgs mass of 70 GeV and Higgs-like scalars a1 [5 GeV] and a2 [50 GeV]. These decay further as a1 --> yy, a2 --> jj Each tree contains the variables j1pT, j2pT, y1pT, y2pT, denoting the transverse momentum of the leading and subleading jets and photons, the variables deltaRjj and deltaRyy, denoting the distance in eta-phi coordinates between the jets and between the photons, and the variables mjj and myy, denoting the invariant mass of the dijet system and the diphoton system. If an event has fewer than 2 jets, mjj and deltaRjj will be 0. Similarly, if an event has fewer than 2 photons, myy and deltaRyy will be 0. All events were produced with MadGraph. BSM decays and hadronization were performed with Pythia8 with the ATLAS AZ17 tune. Showering, event reconstruction, and detector simulation was performed with Delphes with the CMS detector card. Pseudorapidity/phi coordinates were used with eta between -4.9-->4.9 and phi between -pi-->pi. No pileup was applied. All Higgs production is via the gluon-gluon fusion (ggF) channel.
