Raw reads from mouse microbiomes receiving fecal virome transplant. Mouse Fecal Microbiome

In this project, we transplanted mice on regular or high-fat diets with viromes prepared from the feces of separate donor mice on regular or high-fat diets (or PBS controls). This was done to investigate the role that viromes play in modulating host-associated microbiomes and host phenotypes.
