Data for: Authentication of the naturalness of wintergreen (Gaultheria genus) essential oils by gas chromatography, isotope ratio mass spectrometry and radiocarbon assessment

This dataset includes IRMS values and chemical compositions of the 74 samples used for this study. These data were used to establish the values described in Table 1 and Table 2.
It also includes detailed calculations of the biosourced carbon percentage listed in table 3 of the article.
