WGS to support sex chromosome and translocation breakpoint characterization in Zeugodacus cucurbitae

The purpose of this study was to characterize the X and Y chromosomes of Zeugodacus cucurbitae and the translocated chromosomes of the Zeugodacus cucurbitae genetic sexing strain.
