Wikimedia Commons is a media file repository making available public domain and freely-licensed educational media content (images, sound and video clips) to all. It acts as a common repository for the various projects of the Wikimedia Foundation, but you do not need to belong to one of those projects to use media hosted here. Summary: We hand Jeremy this partial media file and the agents file, he finds the records in the EOL database by /accessURI and overwrites the contents of subtype, usageTerms, owner, and agents. If new records have been added to the resource since last harvest, this won__t pick them up, which is fine.
