Custom Database for EsViritu: RSV Genomes

Deduplicated RSV genomes from NCBI Virus (n=401). Contains a mixture of RSVA, RSVB, and other genotypes. All complete genomes (100% coverage). File Descriptions: virus_pathogen_database.all_metadata.tsv = sequence and taxonomy info for each RSV sequence in database virus_pathogen_database.fna = fasta formatted nucleotide database of all RSV genomes virus_pathogen_database.mmi = minimap2 formatted index of database (for short read mapping)
