Profiling the hepatic transcriptional response to low protein versus low carbohydrate diets

In this study we compare hepatic transcriptomics of low protein versus ketogenic diets. As controls we low fat-high protein (20P/10F/70C, "Con") and low fat-protein free (0P/10F/90C, "PF"). We also profile a traditional ketogenic diet (10P, 90F, 0C, "KD10P") and a series of high fat diets with altered protein:carb ratio including (5P, 90F, 5C, "KD5P"), (0P, 90F, 10C, "KD0P") and (20P, 80F, 0C, "KD20P").
