汽车内饰材料指汽车车厢的隔板、门内装饰板、仪表板总成、扶手、地毯等零部件和材料。承担汽车的防火、减振、隔热、吸音、遮音等功能,影响着轿车的舒适性和安全性,内饰材料的燃烧特性直接关系着车乘人员的生命财产安全。利用检测数据搭建性能评价模型,能为该产品性能是否合格提供更精确保障,为加强政府监管、推动产品质量提升、保障消费者出行安全提供参考和技术支撑。检测汽车内饰材料在试验状态下的各项参数,包括燃烧速度V,燃烧距离L,燃烧时间T。通过计算燃烧速度V,并进行判定,结果表示为C-V或者D-V,C、D为标准GB 8410-2006《汽车内饰材料的燃烧特性》规定的燃烧特性结果表示符号,燃烧速度V=60*L/T。根据汽车内饰材料燃烧速度测量方法和测量程序,确定被测量燃烧速度V(输出量)与其它量(输入量)包括烧距离L,燃烧时间T之间的函数关系,测量结果将取决于输入量L、T,形成最终的燃烧特性。

Automotive interior materials refer to components and materials such as cabin partition boards, inner door trim panels, instrument panel assemblies, armrests, carpets and others in vehicles. They fulfill functions including fire resistance, vibration reduction, heat insulation, sound absorption and sound insulation, and affect the comfort and safety of passenger cars. The combustion characteristics of interior materials are directly related to the lives and property safety of vehicle occupants. Building performance evaluation models using test data can provide more accurate guarantee for qualifying the product performance, and offer reference and technical support for strengthening government supervision, promoting product quality improvement and ensuring consumer travel safety. Various parameters of automotive interior materials under test conditions are detected, including combustion speed V, combustion distance L and combustion time T. By calculating the combustion speed V and conducting judgment, the results are expressed as C-V or D-V, where C and D are the symbols for combustion characteristic results specified in the national standard GB 8410-2006 *Combustion Characteristics of Automotive Interior Materials*. The combustion speed V is calculated as V=60*L/T. According to the measurement method and procedure for combustion speed of automotive interior materials, the functional relationship between the measured combustion speed V (output quantity) and other quantities (input quantities) including combustion distance L and combustion time T is determined. The measurement results depend on the input quantities L and T, forming the final combustion characteristics.
