transcriptome analysis of Liriope muscari (Decne.) L.H. Bailey (Asparagaceae) leaves to rapid temperature changes

To study gene expression patterns in response to rapid temperature changes, total RNA was extracted from lilyturf of the control and treatment samples. This study provided gene expression profile of the lilyturf and it will expand our understanding of plant rapid adaptation and provides a robust dataset for future studies.
