[Individual measurements] Ciliary beating functionality analysis

This dataset was generated in an in vitro systems toxicology study where human organotypic alveolar and bronchial cultures were exposed to e-vapor aerosols or cigarette smoke.
Ciliary beating frequency was measured because of the known association between CS exposure and reduced mucociliary clearance, which is dependent upon normal ciliary beating frequency (CBF). CBF was measured with digital imaging.
This dataset includes single measurements for each sample.
