Single cell RNA-seq for mouse live with or without PRI-724 treatment

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a progressive fibrotic disease associated with an increased risk of developing hepatocellular carcinoma; at present, no efficient therapeutic strategy exists for the disease. We previously reported an anti-liver fibrosis effect associated with PRI-724, a potent inhibitor of CBP/beta-catenin signaling, in a patient with HCV-induced liver fibrosis and in a mouse model. In the present study, we examined the efficacy of PRI-724 for treating NASH-related mouse liver fibrosis and disorder, and characterized the mechanism of PRI-724 efficacy by single cell RNA sequencing.
