This layer summarizes the number of interfacility transfers between in-state and regional hospitals. The following fields provide additional information for each hospital: Hospital Name – Hospital name Full Address – Hospital primary street address City – Hospital town/city City – Hospital state Zip – Hospital zip code Totals – The total number of patients received from another hospital.
