Accuracy results

Here you will find the volume averaged Jaccard Index results for four sample images (under "Original stacks and segmented data" ) segmented using the five segmentation pipelines (Plantseg, Unet+Watershed, Cellpose, MRCNN+Watershed, MARS). You can upload these accuracy results to Morphonet (https://morphonet.org/) along with the 3D meshes (available under "Meshes for Morphonet" folder) for interactive and 3D visualization of segmentation quality.
