Microbial communities of tobacco leaves

The phyllosphere microbiome of TLs from different agricultural production areas (AP areas) and different industrial production areas (IP areas) were researched, respectively. The structure of microbial communities of different TLs was explicated and the core microbiota of mellowing TLs were explored by network analysis. Furthermore, the correlation between core microbiota and chemical components of TLs was researched to reveal the differential effects of diverse ecological areas on the functions of microbial communities. This study contributed to understand the microbial response to differential effects of AP and IP areas on mellowing tobacco leaves, which provided a clearer theoretical basis for screening functional microorganisms from processing industry of agricultural production.
