武汉经开区-国家机构-政务服务一张网平台视频监控数据

按照《国务院办公厅关于印发进一步深化“互联网+政务服务”推进政务服务“一网、一门、一次”改革工作方案的通知》(国办发[2018]45 号)、《省人民政府办公厅关于印发湖北省深化“互联网+放管服”改革工作方案的通知》(鄂政办函[2018]22)、《市人民政府办公厅关于印发推进武汉市民之家政务服务“网上为常态”工作方案的通知》(武政办[2017]121号)和《武汉市政务服务“一张网”建设区及延伸工作推进方案》《市人民政府办公厅关于印发市政务服务“一张网”建设区及延伸工作方案的通知》《武汉市政务服务管理办公室关于区复用市政务服务“一张网”信息系统的函》(武政服办函[2018]27 号)以及《区党政办公室关于印发政务服务“一张网”向街道、社区延伸工作方案的通知》2018年8月3 日印发)等文件要求，武汉经济技术开发区(汉南区)行政审批局全面启动“一张网”项目建设。在本次“一张网”项目建设中，建立了政务服务一张网平台视频监控系统，在政务中心办事窗口及公共区域安装监控摄像机，监控视频数据存放于政务中心一楼机房，供省市“一张网”平台调用。

Pursuant to the requirements of documents including the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the Work Plan for Further Deepening "Internet + Government Services" and Promoting the Reform of Government Services with "One Website, One Service Counter, One-time Handling" (Guobanfa [2018] No. 45), the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Hubei Province on Issuing the Work Plan for Deepening the "Internet + Streamline Administration, Optimized Services and Strict Regulation" Reform in Hubei Province (Ezhengbanhan [2018] No. 22), the Notice of the General Office of the Wuhan Municipal People's Government on Issuing the Work Plan for Promoting "Online as the Norm" Government Services at Wuhan Citizen Home (Wuzhengban [2017] No. 121), the Work Plan for the Construction and Extension of Wuhan's Government Services "One Net" at District Level, the Notice of the General Office of the Wuhan Municipal People's Government on Issuing the Work Plan for the Construction and Extension of the Municipal Government Services "One Net", the Official Letter of Wuhan Municipal Government Services Management Office on District-level Reuse of the Municipal Government Services "One Net" Information System (Wuzhengfubanhan [2018] No. 27), and the Notice of the District Party and Government Office on Issuing the Work Plan for Extending Government Services "One Net" to Streets and Communities (issued on August 3, 2018), the Administrative Approval Bureau of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (Hannan District) fully launched the construction of the "One Net" project. During the construction of this "One Net" project, a video monitoring system for the government services "One Net" platform was established. Monitoring cameras were installed at the service windows and public areas of the government service center, and the collected monitoring video data is stored in the machine room on the first floor of the government service center for access and use by the provincial and municipal "One Net" platforms.
