Sequencing Dataset of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST)

This dataset contains sequencing data of patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), including [补充:如targeted sequencing / whole-exome sequencing (WES) data, processed VCF files, mutation annotation files]. All patient identifiers have been completely removed to comply with ethical requirements and institutional review board (IRB) guidelines. The raw sequencing data has been deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under accession number [补充SRA编号]. This Zenodo entry provides supplementary processed sequencing data, analysis scripts, and variant annotation files to support the reproducibility of the results reported in the corresponding manuscript.
