QY syntrophic bacterial

Figshare hosts the following datasets supporting this study: 158 high-quality genomes of syntrophic bacteria involved in methane production , including 23 newly assembled MAGs (19 SPOB and 4 SBOB) from Qiangyong Glacier Lake sediments (≥50% complete, ≤10% contaminated) plus 135 NCBI reference genomes (39 SPOB, 96 SBOB), along with comprehensive annotation files and Supplementary Tables S1-S17.
