Based on the reciprocal determinism theory and social exchange theory, 297 valid samples were collected through questionnaires to explore the relationship between LMX and employee intrapreneurial behavior. The mediating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the moderating role of organizational communication openness were also investigated. The results show that LMX has a significant positive impact on employee intrapreneurial behavior. LMX significantly positively affects entrepreneurial self-efficacy; Entrepreneurial self-efficacy significantly positively affects employee intrapreneurial behavior; Entrepreneurial self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between LMX and intra-employee entrepreneurial behavior. Organizational communication openness plays a moderating role between LMX and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Organizational communication openness moderates the indirect effect of LMX on employee intrapreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
