INSPIRE HH Land Use

This data set represents the digital planning data of the development plans of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in the INSPIRE target model. The data was transformed from the XPlanung object model into the Planned Land Use (PLU) GML application scheme. zoning plans are legally binding plans, which include zoning plans, partial zoning plans, implementation plans and, since 1962, today's zoning plans under the Federal Building Act (BBauG) or, from 1986, under the Building Code (BauGB). The development plans consist of the plan drawing, the text of the law or ordinance with the textual stipulations and a justification. Development plans for smaller areas make the binding determinations for the development and other use of the land. They are to be developed from the land use plan (preparatory land use plan).
