RockySlope_SWChina_Soil_Microbiome Raw sequence reads

This project investigates the ecological restoration of rocky slopes in Southwest China using compound microbial agents. Soil, biological soil crust, and inoculum samples were collected from field experiments to evaluate the effects of microbial agents on soil properties and microbial community dynamics. High-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed to characterize microbial community composition and diversity. The datasets provide valuable resources for understanding soil improvement and microbial ecological processes during slope restoration in fragile karst ecosystems.
