Release Energy Ledger: a release-level record of energy and carbon disclosure in 103 AI model releases (data record)

A release-level, source-anchored record of what each AI model release's own documentation prints about energy and carbon, with the printed figure, unit, system boundary and source passage on every row, the releases that print nothing kept as a counted denominator, a codebook, a proposed disclosure profile with a validator, the second-coding files, the AI adjudication, the page re-read evidence with snapshot hashes, and a script that recomputes the headline counts.
