Dataset: The T cell receptor repertoire captures healthy aging and CMV independently from epigenetic clocks

This dataset contains T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire sequencing data and epigenetic clock measurements from age- and sex-matched healthy and frail elderly individuals, along with associated metadata.The TCR data include processed sequencing results for CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells, covering both TRA (alpha chain) and TRB (beta chain). The files contain clonotype-level information such as CDR3 sequences, V and J gene usage, and abundance.The dataset also includes epigenetic aging data, specifically Horvath age acceleration values, defined as the residuals obtained after regressing epigenetic age on chronological age.A metadata table is provided with sample IDs, sample group (healthy elderly or frail elderly), and CMV serostatus (positive or negative).All data are provided in tab-separated (.tsv) format.
