Dataset for elastic-wave CT resolution study: supporting data for Figures 1–9 and Tables 1–2

This dataset contains the synthetic models, ray-path geometries, inverted 3-D velocity volumes, and summary parameters used to produce Figures 1–9 and Tables 1–2 in the associated manuscript on resolution characteristics of 3-D elastic-wave computed tomography (CT). The data are organised into subfolders Figure1–Figure9 and Tables. Each figure folder contains the numerical values used to generate the corresponding panels (true models, ray paths, inverted velocity models), together with a README file describing file formats, column definitions, and usage. The Tables folder stores the model-parameter combinations reported in Tables 1 and 2 (well spacing, excitation spacing, target size, and the ratio R = Es / L). Spatial coordinates are given in metres (m), and velocities are P-wave velocities in metres per second (m/s). The volumes were visualised using Voxler (Golden Software), but the data can be loaded into any standard scientific plotting or volume-rendering environment.
