Amount of packaging waste in Belgium 2006-2017

This statistic displays the total weight of packaging waste produced in Belgium from 2006 to 2017. Since 2009, packaging waste has been increasing every year. The largest amount of packaging waste recorded in this period was in 2016 and 2017 with a total of 1.78 million metric tonnes.
