ExecuteCode.R is the code used to run the model. Use this file to change parameters, run the model, and get outputs. It calls on PDDDModel_V2.R, SetupModel.R, and Functions.R. It produces various model outputs in a list and saves as an R object file, called output.Rdat, which can then be read back into R at a later date using the function ‘load’.
