Repeat dynamics were investigated in the allopolyploid section Repandae of genus Nicotiana (Solanaceae), which represents four species. Two were previously sequenced (N. nudicaulis and N. repandae) and here the remaining two species were sequenced - Nicotiana nesophila accession 974750097 (Nijmegen) and Nicotiana stocktonii accession TW126 (USDA). Samples of raw sequence reads are presented. Libraries were prepared using Illumina TruSeq PCR-free protocol and sequenced on a MiSeq with V2 chemistry and 150bp PE reads.
