Data files for: Neuronal Identity is not static: an input driven perspective

This dataset contains attributes extracted from single-cell neuronal recordings under Frozen Noise and Step and Hold input protocols. The features are spread in four categories, namely: Action Potential, Passive biophysical, Adaptation Current, and Spike Triggered Average. The extracted attributes are used for plotting results and clustering. This repository acts as a supplement for reproducing figures and analysis for the accompanying publication.
