资源简介:

Ansys Mechanical APDL input files, element results of the solder layer, post-processing and fitting scripts, and post-processed strain ranges for an axisymmetric model of the chamfered quartz-window-to-stainless-steel-housing seal (Sn90Pb10 solder, Garofalo creep) of a ruggedized NaI:Tl scintillation detector under thermal cycling between +20 and +175 °C. The dataset contains:- nine geometries (solder thickness 0.5–1.5 mm, chamfer angle 30–75°) used to calibrate an empirically extended Engelmaier–Wild-type correlation;- six further geometries used as a hold-out test, together with the predictions written before the hold-out runs;- a creep-constant sensitivity study of the 0.5 mm, 45° test joint;- the bonded detector model of the tested joint. The summary table results/strain_ranges.csv gives the volume-averaged and local (3 mm³) inelastic strain ranges and the corresponding Engelmaier–Wild lives for all fifteen geometries. See README.md for the file structure, loading history and definitions. Supporting data for: V. Klitnoi, O. Bobovnikov, A. Grabovskiy, "Cyclic inelastic strain and fatigue of chamfered glass-to-metal solder seals under thermal cycling: an extended Engelmaier–Wild correlation with application to a ruggedized NaI:Tl detector"
