以欧洲中期天气预报中心ERA-land数据，提取利用澜湄流域边界进行提取，获得1981-2020年空间分辨率为0.1度的逐月土壤表层（1-7cm）体积含水量数据。
Using the ERA-land dataset from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF), monthly volumetric soil moisture content in the topsoil (1–7 cm) with a spatial resolution of 0.1° over the period 1981 to 2020 was extracted based on the boundary of the Lancang-Mekong River Basin.
