该数据集为杭州市中医院在开展占位和肿瘤患者腹部CT检查、影像诊断及临床服务过程中产生，来源于杭州市中医院医院放射科2015年-2025年日常医疗活动所生成的腹部CT原始影像（DICOM）数据及对应影像报告1000例。数据内容包含患者基础匿名信息，检查项目与部位、临床诊断、影像报告等关键信息，数据形态涵盖医学影像与文本报告两类模态。

This dataset is generated by Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during abdominal CT examinations, imaging diagnoses and clinical services for patients with space-occupying lesions and tumors. It includes 1000 cases of raw abdominal CT images in DICOM format and their corresponding imaging reports, which were produced in the daily clinical routine activities of the hospital's radiology department from 2015 to 2025. The dataset contains key information such as basic anonymized patient information, examination items and anatomical locations, clinical diagnoses and imaging reports, covering two modalities: medical images and text reports.

This dataset can be used for research on detection, segmentation, quantitative analysis and imaging characterization of space-occupying lesions and tumors, and supports multiple application scenarios including the development of medical imaging AI models, multi-device consistency evaluation and real-world clinical and diagnostic research. Meanwhile, it can help optimize hospital imaging workflows, improve the diagnostic efficiency of the radiology department, and provide reliable data support for clinical diagnosis, treatment and research of space-occupying lesions and tumors.
