Collected data on patients with Hb-D and those with co-inherited alpha and beta thalassemia. Second file is a collection of 100 normal CBCs collected from healthy individuals for the purposes of comparison with Hb-D and our subgroups. The RMarkdown file is the coding with detailed description of each step for the statistical analysis of the groups.
