Complex development of agricultural areas in the republic, management of the naturalecological and economic potential of the territory on scientific basis is very important. It is to
provide the population with local industry and food products by achieving stable growth in all
areas of agricultural production. In solving this problem, the development of subtropical crop
farming, the study of territorial organization and ecological-quality indicators of the product has
scientific and practical importance in increasing the economic efficiency of production.
Our rich climate and soil resources allow the economically efficient organization of
subtropical plants, which are important for various industries. The area where citrus fruits and
tea growing is developed is mainly the Lankaran region. there is a need for territorial
reorganization according to agro-ecological conditions and the demand of the domestic market.
