Genomic, epigenomic and transcriptomic determination of queens in Melipona bees

We performed a multi-omic comparative analysis between queens and workers of two Melipona species, M. quadrifasciata and M. scutellaris, to delve further into the genomic mechanisms of caste differentiation in this group.
