Glycans bound by <i>M</i>. <i>ulcerans</i> cells and MUL_3720 protein in glycan array analysis.

Red labelling indicates binding as determined by interaction above background in three replicate array experiments. A positive fluorescent value is defined as any value above the average background fluorescence of 20 negative control spots + 3 standard deviations. Data are presented as fold-above this background value, which were 2706±372 RFU for M. ulcerans cells and 1829±140 RFU for the MUL_3720 studies.
