Nano-hijacked myeloid cells potentiate antitumor immunity and radiotherapy for glioblastoma

We generated a nanoparticle that reprograms tumor-associated myeloid cells in gliomas to boost the anti-tumor immunity and improve the effects of radiotherapy. Single-cell RNA sequencing was performed to understand the impact of the nanoparticle treatment on glioma immune microenvironment. Brain tumor tissues were dissected from glioma-bearing mice received radiotherapy or combination therapy.
