The mitochondrial orf117Sha gene desynchronizes pollen development and causes pollen abortion in the Arabidopsis Sha CMS. [Supplementary data]

This dataset contains parameters and data used for the bioinformatics analysis performed to assemble several Arabidopsis thaliana organelles genomes (mitochondrial and chloroplasts).
