These specifications concern aspects of the construction of the City Railway, including supply and installation of terrazzo paving, wall tiling, ventilation systems, automatic sprinkler systems, laying of sheet asphalt surfaces to floors, and iron balustrading to stairwells of various city circle railway stations. Tender forms are often included with the specifications, and occasionally plans or blueprints.
