MITT - Medical Image Tracking Toolbox

This repository presents the toolbox and application scenarios described in the article "MITT: Medical Image Tracking Toolbox", published in IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging (2018). The repository includes a demo version of the toolbox (C++ executable for Windows x64 operating system), which can be used to execute the distinct application scenarios (named demos) described in the article and generate the associated figures/videos (note: data for 3D demos is not available, being shared upon request). To ease its use, a general README file is provided, explaining the structure of the shared directory. Each demo presents its own README file, with the command required to execute it. For visualization purposes, each demo presents a MATLAB code that reads the generated output and generates a movie of the tracking.
