Supplement table of RNA sequencing of osteoclast precursors in an ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis mouse model

Osteoporosis is a metabolic bone disease characterized by decreased bone density and deterioration of bone microstructure. This study employs RNA sequencing technology to investigate the effects of the sEH inhibitor (TPPU) on the transcriptome of osteoclast precursor cells in an ovariectomy (OVX)-induced mouse model of osteoporosis. The experimental groups include OVX + TPPU and OVX groups, with three biological replicates in each group. The data aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms through which the sEH/EETs metabolic axis regulates osteoclast differentiation via the Nrf2 signaling pathway. This dataset provides a valuable resource for researching the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and the discovery of drug targets.
