Intersegment interaction analysis of cells infected with influenza A virus. Influenza A virus

To analyze the subcellular location of segment assembly, customized LIGR-seq of intersegment interaction analysis in cells infected with influenza A virus was performed. Data contains LIGR-seq sequence of virion, infected cells, infected cells expressing Rab11 wild type, infected cells expressing Rab11 dominant negative, and infected cells treated with leptomycin B. All infected cell data contains two time points (8 and 16 hours after infection).
