资源简介:
The EPA Transcriptomic Assessment Product (ETAP) utilizes a standardized short-term in vivo study design and data analysis procedures to develop transcriptomic-based reference values for data poor chemicals. This data set corresponds to a report following the ETAP standard methods to derive a transcriptomic point of departure for 7:3 Fluorotelomer alcohol (7:3 FTOH). More information about the ETAP program is available here: https://www.epa.gov/etap A 5-day repeated dose exposure study for 7:3 FTOH was performed in both male and female rats separated into 8 dose groups plus vehicle control animals. Transcriptomic measurements were performed using targeted RNA sequencing in kidney, liver, adrenal gland, brain, heart, lung, ovary (females), spleen, testis (males), thyroid, thymus, and uterus (females). The resulting data was used as the basis for deriving the transcriptomic point of departure (POD) for 7:3 FTOH. The GO biological process class with the lowest median benchmark dose (BMD) value was identified across all the tissues examined in either sex.
