A single cell transcriptomic profile of bone marrow stromal cells of the murine femur at 4 months of age (4M), lineage-marked by Fgfr3-creER at postnatal day 21 (P21), Control Overall design: tdTomato+ cells were FACS-isolated from Fgfr3-creER; Trp53(fl/+); R26R-tdTomato (Control) femur bone marrow at 4 months of age (tamoxifen at P21). 15,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 3 platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq 6000
