Expression data from human Bladder cancer cell line J82 with control or overexpression of SQLE

Several reports showed that SQLE was upregulated in some types of cancer, and it is essential for cancer development. Herein, to uncover the role of SQLE in BCa, we performed the RNA-seq to detect the gene expression levels in BCa cell line J82 with overexpression of SQLE. Overall design: SQLE overexpression in bladder cancer cell line J82 was performed by transfection with SQLE overexpressing plasmid and named this cell line as SQLE. Meanwhile, control J82 cell line was named as Vector-NC. Replicate RNA are obtained from SQLE and Vector-NC, respectively, named SQLE_1, SQLE_2, SQLE_3, Vector-NC_1, Vector-NC_2, Vector-NC_3. We sought to obtain the expression profiles of WT and OE SQLE in J82 , and found the downstream genes and pathways, which influenced by SQLE.
