UQ Thoracic Research Centre Lung Research Datasets

The datasets are a unique resource, consisting of whole genome and whole exome sequencing of tumours selected from the largest lung tumour bank in Australia. The data is, in part, an Australian contribution to The Cancer Genome Project - TCGA (Lung) – a large international consortium aiming to catalogue genetic mutations responsible for lung cancer. The source material has been stringently quality assured, and state of the art methods were used to generate the sequencing data and downstream analyses.
